I work in IT, and I can tell you most Indian Techs are complete idiots. Don't believe me try to call comcast tech support. Now that's not to say there aren't very good Indian technicians, but you won't find them on level 1 or level 2 support roles. And you'll never get transferred to level 3 anyways. Thus you call Comcast Corporate and speak to Executive support. Those are the non Indian Tech Support people who actually understand what you are talking about. Oh, and when you do speak to those idiot Indian tech support agents and wonder why they always say "Yes" That is not them understanding what you said.... That is them just acknowledging that you said something and they have no clue what you are talking about. Oh if you really want to put Comcast Tech support on blast: Ask them what ping and tracert is. You've been warned.
